Job Summary
As a Senior Technical Lead specializing in Native Mobile App Development, you will play a pivotal role in managing technology for complex projects. You will provide critical technical guidance to your team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality mobile applications that meet stakeholder requirements and align with best practices in the industry. The ideal candidate has a solid background in mobile application development, UI optimization, and integration with modern back-end systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using React Native for iOS and Android.
• Collaborate closely with product designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Implement responsive UI components and reusable code modules.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and native modules when necessary.
• Optimize app performance, memory usage, and loading times.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues in development and production environments.

Technical Requirements
• Expertise in React Native, JavaScript (ES6+), and mobile development concepts.
• Proficiency with Redux / MobX, React Navigation, and component lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and JSON data formats.
• Experience with common developer tools like TypeScript, Babel, Webpack, and Git.




• Familiarity with native modules (Swift, Objective-C, Java, or Kotlin) integration.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Detox, or Cypress).
• Knowledge of app distribution via App Store / Play Store.

2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Rigorous Quality Assurance Processes, Ensuring Performance Optimization And Adherence To Best Practices And Coding Standards For Successful Project Delivery.
3. Ensure Compliance With Processes In The Assigned Module, Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Assessing Technical Risks.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, While Preparing And Submitting Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate Closure Of Escalations.
