Role Summary
Oversees daily Food & Beverage operations, ensures service quality, manages staff, and maintains hygiene, inventory, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise F&B; service operations (cafeteria, pantry, dining areas, events).
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards as per SOPs.
• Coordinate with caterers/vendors for timely food delivery and service.
• Monitor staff performance, grooming, and shift deployment.
• Handle guest/user feedback and resolve service-related issues.
• Maintain inventory of F&B; supplies and track consumption.
• Support billing verification, cost control, and daily reporting.
