Job Summary

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required, 5-7 years applicable experience required.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Advanced Technical Support By Analyzing And Troubleshooting Complex Incidents Related To Etl Processes And Data Lake Operations, Ensuring Swift Resolution And Adherence To Quality Standards.
2. Conduct Root Cause Analysis For Escalated Issues,



Implementing Solutions To Address Technical And Security Challenges Within Aws Core Services And Aws Rds Environments.
3. Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Manage Data Pipelines Effectively, Ensuring Seamless Integration And Performance Optimization Across Platforms.
4. Enhance Operational Efficiency By Updating And Managing The Knowledge Base, And Training New Team Members On Etl Tools And Aws Analytics Services.
5. Resolve Complex Support Tickets In Alignment With Agreed Slas, Ensuring A Positive Customer Experience And Maintaining High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction (Csat) Through Effective First Call Resolution Strategies.
