Key Responsibilities

- Operations & Safety: Oversee daily activities, maintain a clean/safe environment, and comply with safety regulations.
- Admissions & Marketing: Support the Centre Directress with school tours for prospective parents, admission conversions, and building community relationships.
- Curriculum Implementation: Ensure the Highscope curriculum is properly implemented.
- Staff Management: Assist with scheduling, onboarding, training, and providing feedback to staff.
- Parent Communication:



Maintain positive relationships with parents and handle daily updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Previous experience as a Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar, preferably 2-3 years in education.
- Education: Graduation degree.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
