Job Title: Delivery Coordinator
Department: Sales
Location: Electric Vehicle Showroom

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the delivery schedule with customers and the sales team.
- Ensure all vehicle documentation, invoicing, registration, and insurance formalities are completed before delivery.
- Verify that the vehicle has successfully completed Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI).
- Conduct vehicle handovers and explain key features, charging procedures, and safety guidelines to customers.
- Ensure all accessories and customer-requested add-ons are fitted before delivery.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in vehicle delivery coordination, customer service, or automotive sales (EV experience preferred).
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems (preferred).
- driving license is required

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
