We are looking for Accounts Analyst to our Head Office at Kottakkal. Candidates with strong Microsoft Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc...) and experience with ERP systems.

Requirements:

- Basic to good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Text to Columns
- SUMIFS
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo knowledge is a plus, training will be provided)
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts
- Sales and Purchase entries
- Invoices and basic ledger concepts
- Willingness to learn system processes and ERP workflows
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Support users in daily system and ERP-related activities
- Check and help resolve issues faced by users




- Escalate system issues and coordinate with the developer/IT team when required
- Assist in testing and implementing new system requirements
- Prepare and submit regular ERP and system reports
- Help ensure smooth and accurate functioning of ERP modules
- Coordinate with accounts and operations teams for system-related support
- System Inventory Reconciliation
- Oodo Documentation and Creation

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

- Systems analysis: 1 year (Preferred)
