Job Overview

We are looking for a Editorial Assistant who is detail-oriented and passionate about academic research support. The role focuses on managing end-to-end journal submission processes, ensuring manuscripts meet journal standards, ethical requirements, and submission timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and recommend suitable journals based on research scope and indexing
- Review and follow journal submission guidelines accurately
- Format manuscripts as per journal requirements (Word)




- Submit manuscripts through online journal submission systems
- Track submission status and coordinate revisions with clients
- Deliver services within deadlines and quality standards

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Basic understanding of academic research and journal publications
- Strong attention to detail and formatting skills
- Good written communication in English
- Familiarity with journal submission platforms (preferred)
- MS Word / Google Docs proficiency
