Job Purpose
The Corporate Dealer role in the Treasury Advisory Group is responsible for offering FX and Derivative products to defined customers of the Bank. The role focuses on revenue delivery, business growth, and adherence to Bank policies.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Objective
Achieve budgeted revenue and volume targets for allocated customers.
Maximize revenue for the desk while managing non-allocated customers.
Increase Trade and FX wallet share of customers.
Grow derivative business within the assigned customer set.
Develop plans to drive revenue growth and explore new business opportunities.
Relationship Management
Provide direct coverage to customers at the operating level.
Build and leverage relationships to enhance business opportunities.
Manage internal stakeholders, including relationship managers, credit risk officers, and operations teams.
Ensure error-free transaction fulfillment within defined TAT, adhering to Bank policies.
Hedge positions arising from covered transactions.
Capture all transactions in front office systems as per policy.
Ensure timely submission of treasury-related documents by customers.
Follow the Bank's Suitability and Appropriateness policy.
Risk Management and Risk Mitigation
Provide risk management and mitigation strategies for corporate clients.
Manage the Bank's credit and market risk when offering products.
Evaluate reputational and legal risks in line with the Bank's suitability and appropriateness policy.
Education:
Graduate (any discipline); MBA in Finance preferred.
Certifications:
Treasury product knowledge, regulatory compliance, risk management.
