Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Engineer – Marketing for our Bhopal office. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in technical sales or field marketing within the Transformer, C2C, APFC Panel, Electrical Equipment, or Industrial Products industry. The role involves generating new business, providing technical product support, meeting clients, and achieving sales targets through regular field visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through field visits and client meetings.
- Promote and sell Transformers, C2C solutions, APFC Panels, and other electrical products.
- Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical specifications.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations and negotiate pricing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and industries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Coordinate with design, production, and service teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain customer records, follow-ups, and sales reports.




- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, or Field Marketing.
- Experience in Transformer, C2C, APFC Panels, Electrical Equipment, Switchgear, or Industrial Products is mandatory.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong technical understanding of electrical products and power distribution systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
