About the Role

We are looking for a creative and hardworking Junior Video Editor who understands the fast-paced world of YouTube and Instagram content. If you're passionate about creating engaging videos, staying on top of trends, and improving content performance, we'd love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities

- Edit engaging videos for YouTube and Instagram.
- Create Shorts, Reels, and long-form content.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, captions, sound effects, and background music.
- Design videos that maximize audience retention.
- Collaborate with the content team to deliver high-quality videos on time.
- Maintain organized project files and meet daily deadlines.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of video editing experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent editing software).
- Good understanding of YouTube and Instagram editing styles.
- Knowledge of pacing, storytelling, and trending edits.




- Basic color correction and audio editing skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Performance Expectations

This is a target-driven role. Candidates should be comfortable working with daily/weekly content targets while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
