Role Summary:

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Manager to drive business growth for GrowMo360.

This is a 100% Business Development & Marketing role where you will promote GrowMo360's services, generate qualified leads, acquire new clients, build strong relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Prior experience in Investment Banking is not mandatory. Complete product training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital outreach, and field visits.

· Identify and acquire Corporate, SME, Startup, HNI, and Individual clients.





· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.

· Promote GrowMo360's financial services and generate quality leads.

· Build long-term client relationships and convert prospects into business.

· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.

· Represent GrowMo360 at client meetings and networking events.

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
