- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Assist customers with product details, pricing, orders, and delivery updates.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Manage order tracking, returns, exchanges, and refund requests.
- Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and operations teams for smooth order processing.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
- Support customers with warranty, certification, and jewellery care information.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly communication style.
- Meet customer satisfaction and response time targets.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
