Job Summary
The key responsibility is to manage and administrate core security components like ( Palo Alto/Zscaler/Prisma infrastructure ) Firewalls, Proxy & Threat Protection. Monitoring of all services is important to ensure all services are up and running. Faster troubleshooting skill to analyze and provide fix at the earliest to user reported incidents.

Key Responsibilities
Implementing and maintaining Palo Alto/Zscaler/Prisma infrastructure.
• Hands on experience on Palo Alto Firewall is must
• Provisioning firewall policies, based on consultation with customer.
• Providing on-going support & Troubleshooting firewall, VPN, IPS & Proxy infrastructure problems.
• Troubleshooting firewall, Proxy & Threat Protection problems as reported by customers.
Positive communication skill and should be able to handle P1 tickets on customer MIM Bridge
