Job Description: SAP Fieldglass Techno-Functional Consultant
Role Overview
As an SAP Fieldglass Techno-Functional Consultant, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. You will need end-to-end understanding of Fieldglass configuration. Your goal is to optimize the external workforce management processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing 1p & 3p systems while providing functional expertise when needed.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Configuration:
• Support configuration of SAP Fieldglass modules, including Contingent Workforce Management, Services Procurement (SOW)
Technical Integrations:
• Design, build, and test integrations between Fieldglass and external systems using 1p and 3p middleware services
Reporting & Analytics:
• Develop custom reports and dashboards using Fieldglass Analytics to provide insights into spend, compliance, and vendor performance.
End-to-End Implementation:




• Manage the full project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and hyper-care support.
Troubleshooting:
• Act as the Level 2/3 technical support for system issues, interface failures, and workflow bottlenecks.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Expert knowledge of Contingent, SOW, Profile Worker, and Rate Structures.
Data Management
• Proficiency in SQL, XML, and handling large datasets for migration (Connector uploads).
Functional Knowledge
• Deep understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle and contingent labor hiring workflows.

Qualifications & Experience
Experience:
• Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation and support.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications:
• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Fieldglass (preferred).
