Role Title: Technical Project Manager – L3
Band: E3.2 / E3.3 (L3)
Experience: 8–12 years (IT Infrastructure / Cloud / Enterprise Programs)
Location: Offshore / Client Location / Hybrid

Role Summary
The L3 Technical Project Manager is a senior delivery leader responsible for owning complex, customer-facing technology programs. This role requires deep technical awareness, strong governance, financial control, and executive-level stakeholder management, with accountability for delivery outcomes across infrastructure, cloud, and modernization initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of large infrastructure and cloud programs including KTLO initiatives, migrations, and platform upgrades.

• Provide technical leadership across compute, network, storage, cloud, and automation domains.
• Establish program governance, risk management, escalation paths, and change control processes.
• Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Lead customer and stakeholder communication with executive-level reporting and decision support.
• Manage vendors, OEMs, telecom carriers, contracts, RFIs/RFPs, and SOW governance.
• Drive execution using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.

• 8–12 years of experience as a Technical Project / Program Manager
• Strong background in IT Infrastructure and Operations
• Exposure to Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proven experience delivering large, complex, multi-team programs
• Strong customer-facing and commercial management experience
