Database Administrator (DBA)
Job Title: Database Administrator (DBA) – MS SQL / MongoDB
Location: PAN India
Experience: 3–5 Years
Employment Type: Full time.
Shifts: Yes (it is for a 24x7 shift, and shifts will be rotational.)
Role Summary: Database Administrator with strong MS SQL Server expertise and working knowledge of MongoDB to support enterprise client environments under SLA-driven delivery models.
Key Skills:
• Primary: Microsoft SQL Server (2016/2019/2022)
• Secondary: MongoDB
Backup, Restore, Performance Tuning, HA/DR
ITIL-based support, Incident & Change Management
Responsibilities:
• Administer and support MS SQL Server databases in production/non-production.
• Handle performance tuning, backup & recovery, HA/DR.
• Support MongoDB databases (basic admin, backups, troubleshooting).
• Work in client-facing,



24x7 support environments with on-call rotations.
• Coordinate with application, infra, and client teams to meet SLAs.
• Prepare RCA, health reports, and improvement recommendations.
Good to Have:
• Cloud DB exposure (Azure SQL / AWS RDS / MongoDB Atlas)
• PowerShell / T-SQL scripting
• BFSI / Insurance client experience
