Job Summary
The candidates should have hands on experience (3+ Years) on Dynatrace and Splunk Monitoring Tool:

Dynatrace:
Strong knowledge on Dynatrace Infrastructure components, those functionalities.
Integration of Dynatrace alerts with Event Management tools like Splunk and ITSM tool like ServiceNow.
Implementation and Configuration of ActiveGateways and managing Managed Dynatrace and SaaS based Dynatrace.
Migration knowledge of monitors from Managed Dynatrace to SaaS Dynatrace.
Monitoring configuration for Infrastructure servers and Applications, DBs, URLs, Network etc, enabling synthetic monitors.
Observability monitoring enablement.
Installing, configuring, and managing Dynatrace Oneagents and environments.
Knowledge on Dynatrace Plugins installation and configuration, API integration.

Splunk:
Good knowledge on Splunk Enterprise and have Basics and fundamentals knowledge of Splunk components.
Basic knowledge of SPL(Splunk Processing language).
Analyze and lead data onboarding requirement discussions with users of Splunk Enterprise to determine scope and feasibility and gather all required information.
Perform Splunk agent upgrade activity.
Troubleshooting skills of existing feeds/app that are no longer collecting data.
Perform Splunk Health checks and report critical issues to next level support.
Interact with users for their requests related to building, management and tuning of Splunk dashboards, ad-hoc/scheduled searches and alerts.

Participate in DR, Migration and patching activity for planning and Pre/Post validations.
Good Knowledge on Windows, Unix, Applications, DBs, Network concepts, Scripting.
Good Knowledge on ITSM tools, ITIL Process.
Knowledge on reporting tools, analytical tools.
Good debugging skills on Splunk & Dynatrace monitoring & configuration issues, alerts missing.

Additional requirements:
Familiarity with Splunk DB Connect, ITSI, HEC is a plus.
Monitoring Tools and ITIL Certification will be an added advantage.
Preferable skills on Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana.
Good client relationship skills.
Positive written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical personnel.
Working with Global teams across the continents.
