Job Summary
Job Description - PP SAP PP/QM Functional Consultant Qualification: Professional degree (BE/MBA) from reputed institute 10-15 Years of total industry experience and minimum of 10 + years of experience in SAP PP/ QM, (SAP S/4HANA). Experience of minimum 5 end-to-end implementation experience in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing module preferable delivered using SAP Activate methodology & Solution Manager. Rollout and Support experience. SAP S/4HANA experience is mandatory and excellent interpersonal communication skills SAP Certification is an added advantage. Experience in MII/MES would be an added advantage. Excellent knowledge and extensive experience on S&OP;, DM, LTP, MRP, variant configuration, ECM, Batch Management and SFC with Configuration and Customization as per Business requirements. Strong skills in functional requirement gathering and perform fit-gap analysis, master data setup, functional specification skills, end user support documentation, and training with manufacturing processes design for MTS/MTO/Rework/Scrap management etc.



Hand-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA Manufacturing (PP & QM) configurations along-with cross functional integrations with O2C, R2R, EWM etc. Quality management expertise in Procurement, Production and Sales, Quality planning, inspection and control including QM notifications, defects, batch management & derivations, Quality certificates. QM Processes for Goods receipt from Vendor, Production in-process, Post Production receipt, Returns from customer, stock transfer, calibration of equipment, Stability study & Audit Management.

1. To bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives.
2. To spearhead the architecture, design, and development (through a high-performing team) of cutting-edge solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
4. To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices, architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance/compliance measures.
5. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
