Job Summary
To manage and ensure that the project schedules are adhered to as per the client specifications and deliveries are as per the time and quality standards for complex/large scale projects.

Key Responsibilities
1. To oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards, implementation of best practices and perform Value creation and KM activities.
2. To ensure process improvement and compliance and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents.
3. Responsible for shaping the overall project strategy working closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and keeping track of schedule to ensure on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
4. To work closely with the development team, In office Engineers to understand technical requirements and work with them to address and resolve technical issues.
5. Identify & flag potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality, develop mitigation strategies / contingency plans to address risks and provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.

Skill Requirements
Senior Technical Delivery Lead - Mandatory skills




Experienced Senior Technical PM who has integrated previous 3rd party solution into a large company
Experience working with broader technology teams in an Enterprise organisation to deliver a solution to Production
Demonstrable experience working with the Business to deliver required outcomes
Has managed route to live process with associated governance into Production
Producing overall and detailed project plans to deliver vendor solution in defined timeframe
Milestone planning and reporting
Producing work break down in tracking tool and managing tasks to completion with the team
Producing weekly project report highlighting progress and key risks/issues
Risk and Issue management
Dependency management
Technical integration knowledge – Configuration, APIs, data loads, reference data
Quality assurance experience – ensuring necessary and sufficient testing takes place to ensure a high quality delivery

Self-starter and will be comfortable engaging with project stakeholders and broader technical stakeholders where necessary
Good communicator keeping stakeholders apprised of progress and issues/risk
Self-starter able to own issues and resolve where possible and escalating where necessary
Stakeholder management skills
Vendor management skills – to meet contract obligations and deliver to plan
Facilitation skills to manage the work of internal and external teams to achieve the desired outcome
Mentor for bp team, supporting and leading the team to meet milestones
