Job Summary
Support BCCM RRP program to enable Nordea to have application remediation activities in place and progressing
Prepare and facilitate meetings and communication for progress of remediation activities
Update and report progress of remediation activities to relevant documents (COO and SATL decks) and Jira board
Maintain and enhance positive communication with business area representatives
Monitor remediation activities progress
Prepare funding requests for applications that require remediation activities
Support development of Uplift Application Failover in Jira
Assist in handling delays and impediments and reporting for teams

Experience Requirements (Essential):
Good PowerPoint skills and basic skills using Excel as primary tools
Experience managing smaller projects including ability to keep overview of larger portfolio of small projects and teams
Secure progress in remediation activities, assist in handling delays and impediments
Ability to stay on top of deadlines and comprehensive communicative skills
Ensure all inputs from various teams are delivered correctly and on time for COO/SATL/SDTL report & meetings
Relevant experience with Kanban boards and tools such as Jira




Great stakeholder management as resource will engage with stakeholders across organization

Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate And Manage Disaster Recovery Exercises And Business Continuity Planning Activities, Ensuring Adherence To Best Practices And Quality Compliance In Line With Defined SLAs.
2. Facilitate Knowledge Sharing By Mentoring Team Members, Preparing Standard Operating Procedures, And Maintaining Comprehensive Documentation For Disaster Recovery Processes.
3. Validate The Change Order Implementation Plan And Ensure Compliance With Human Error Protocols While Participating In Capacity Planning Initiatives To Ensure Robust Operational Readiness.
4. Actively Engage In Customer Meetings To Understand Challenges, Ensuring Positive Feedback And High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction Through Effective Communication And Issue Resolution.
5. Conduct In-Depth Analyses, Including Root Cause Analysis And Trend Analysis, To Validate Reports And Provide Insights For Performance Improvement To Key Business Stakeholders.
