Job Summary
The Tools & Automation Engineer plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency through the development and maintenance of automation tools. This position focuses on asset management and ITIL processes, ensuring that all solutions align with organizational standards for quality and cost. The engineer will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality code and support existing projects while responding to client requests.

Key Responsibilities
1. Generate Tower Level Ee And En Revenue By Leveraging Sap And Access Governance Frameworks To Identify Opportunities For Profit Enhancement.
2. Ensure All Responsibilities And Escalations Are Resolved In Accordance With Agreed Service Level Agreements (Slas) By Applying Strong Operational Oversight And Governance Practices.

Oversee Operational Hygiene By Validating Reports And Ensuring That Services Are Executed In Compliance With The Sow Using Sap Analytics Tools.
4. Foster Positive Customer Satisfaction By Developing Current Initiatives And Frameworks, Utilizing Feedback Mechanisms And Access Governance Processes To Enhance Service Delivery.
5. Implement Profit Improvement Plans (Pip) By Identifying Automation Opportunities And Driving Self-Initiated Projects That Enhance Operational Efficiency.

1. Proficient In Sap And Access Governance With A Solid Understanding Of Operational Processes And Performance Metrics.
2. Strong Analytical Skills To Validate Reports And Ensure Compliance With Sow Requirements.
