Position: Production Supervisor
Location: Mehsana, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Supervise daily production activities and ensure timely execution.
✔ Coordinate with production, quality, and planning teams.
✔ Monitor manpower, productivity, and material utilization.
✔ Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety practices.
✔ Maintain production records and drive continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in fabrication, steel structures, container manufacturing, or heavy engineering.
- Strong leadership, planning,
and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage shop-floor operations efficiently.
