Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our Tyre Retread Business team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Meet fleet owners, transporters, dealers, and channel partners to expand the customer base.
- Promote tyre retread solutions and increase market penetration.
- Conduct regular field visits to identify business opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
- Negotiate with customers and close sales effectively.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular market feedback.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Tyre Sales, Automotive Sales, or related field sales is preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
