Position - Head Events & NTOS (PAN India) Location: HQ - NIBM, PuneAbout the Role We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented leader to head Arettos Events & NTOS vertical. This role is responsible for driving business growth, revenue, and profitability through event-led sales channels across India. The ideal candidate will build strategic partnerships, identify recent business opportunities, and lead the expansion of our event business while ensuring exceptional execution and customer experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the PAN India event strategy to drive revenue, market expansion, and brand visibility. Own the P&L;, sales targets, profitability, and overall performance of the Events & NTOS vertical. Identify and onboard high-potential opportunities across Kids Exhibitions, School Events, Flea Markets, Mall Activations, and other event platforms. Build and nurture strong relationships with mall leasing teams, event organizers, schools, exhibition partners,



and key stakeholders to secure strategic partnerships. Lead the planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless operations, superior customer experience, and achievement of business objectives. Expand the event business into new cities and markets by identifying emerging opportunities and developing sustainable growth strategies. Build, lead, and mentor the Events & NTOS team, set performance goals, and drive a high-performance culture focused on execution and results.
