- Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Manage site materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain daily progress reports and project documentation.
- Resolve site-related issues and escalate critical concerns to management.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule.




- Train workers on safety procedures and company policies.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 28 years of experience in site supervision, construction, industrial projects, or manufacturing facilities.
- Knowledge of safety standards and construction practices.
- Ability to read technical drawings and project plans.
- Valuable communication and leadership skills.
