We're building a program in partnership with Ashoka University's Centre for Social and Behaviour Change to move the needle for young women from underserved communities and prepare them for the future of work.This is not a traditional operations role. As a Program Manager, you will own the outcomes of the Guwahati program: the learner targets,



the field operations, the partner relationships, and implementing our Agentic AIs to streamline compliance & reporting. You will be the person accountable for making 900 learner journeys actually happen.What does that mean for you? As Program Manager, you get the chance to:Own end-to-end delivery of the Guwahati program: cohort planning, enrolment pipeline, batch scheduling, and the 900-learner targetClose and manage partnerships with colleges & NGOs whose female students/beneficiaries our program will upskill Lead and manage the on-ground field team (including the Field Manager), setting weekly priorities and reviewing delivery qualityCoordinate with trainers, internal team, and on-ground stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.Own program data and reporting: operational trackers, impact dashboards, funder reports, and partnership reviews with Ashoka University's CSBCNimaya's GenAI Ready Naari ProgramThe GenAI Ready Naari Program equips young women with Generative AI skills and future-ready workplace competencies through 40 hours of immersive, hands-on learning, out of which 32 hours are offline training and 8 hours are online.
