Hiring: Lease & Fixed Asset Accounting Analyst | Bangalore (Bellandur) | Night ShiftLocation: Bangalore (Bellandur)Shift: Night ShiftCTC: Up to ₹9.5 LPANotice Period: Immediate Joiners to Currently Serving CandidatesWe are hiring experienced Finance professionals for a Lease & Fixed Asset Accounting role with one of the leading global organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) activities.Manage Lease Accounting transactions in accordance with accounting standards.Handle Fixed Asset Accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, retirements, and asset reconciliations.Support FP&A; Reporting, including preparation of financial reports, variance analysis, and management reporting.Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.Prepare account reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of open items.Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.Ensure adherence to internal controls,
