And now, our paid media team is growing.The role: Media Buyer, 1–2 years of hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.What your days will look like:Planning, launching, and optimising paid campaigns across Meta and Google, with equal weight on both platformsOwning the full funnel, from creative briefs and audience research to landing pages, tracking, and conversion reportingWorking closely with our creative, SEO, and content teams to build campaigns that actually convertReading dashboards every morning, iterating every week,



reporting every monthCollaborating directly with client stakeholders and shaping quarterly strategyWhat we're looking for:1–2 years of hands-on media buying experience, agency or in-houseComfortable across Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Editor, GA4, GTM, and Looker StudioSolid grip on Excel and basic reportingAn ownership mindset.
