Role OverviewLead finance setup, country transition and post go-live stabilization including RTR and P2P ownership.Key Responsibilities
- Support finance setup and onboarding for new country operations
- Deploy accounting and P2P processes in SAP S/4HANA
- Manage initial month-end closure and operational stabilization
- Support vendor onboarding and payment setup




- Establish SOPs and control frameworks
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Track project milestones and transition readiness
- Drive process standardization across countries
- Prepare MIS and variance analysis reportsRequirements
- Robust understanding of accounting principles including debits and credits
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work across cultures and time zones
- Willingness to travel to African countries as required.
