Mandatory Skills & Qualifications (Must Have)✅ Hands-on experience in OTC Brokerage Reconciliation✅ Proven expertise in Manual Brokerage Calculation✅ Robust domain knowledge of OTC derivative products: FX, Options, IRS, CCS, Repos, FXO, PM, PMO✅ Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel & Word✅ Exceptional client communication and stakeholder management skills? Key Responsibilities? Daily Reconciliation:



Manage trade reconciliations and calculate brokerage accurately.⚠️ Exception Management: Identify, escalate, and resolve discrepancies within agreed SLAs.? Broker Relationship: Handle broker queries, settle outstanding balances, and drive zero-escalation targets.? Reporting & Compliance: Maintain EOD checklists, generate accuracy reports, and participate in client review meetings.? Process Improvement: Identify gaps, propose workflow enhancements, and assist team leads with ad-hoc reporting.?
