We're looking to welcome a BIM Modeller with a Civil Engineering background into our growing team.What you'll do:Model and coordinate on live client projects across both Architectural and Structural BIM workflows, up to LOD 350Work directly with our founding team on prequalification submittals and RFP-grade deliverables, Real client-facing consultancy work, not just internal draftingSupport our BIM training programs — assisting in delivery, exercises, and mentoring traineesWhat we're looking for:Civil Engineering degreeMinimum 2 years hands-on BIM modelling experience,
