The candidate will be responsible for counselling students on international study opportunities, university selection, admissions, scholarships, and visa processes while ensuring an exceptional student experience from inquiry to enrollment.Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities across various destinations including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and other countries.Assess students' academic profiles, career aspirations, and financial considerations to recommend suitable universities and programs.Provide accurate guidance on admission requirements,



application procedures, scholarships, and visa processes.Assist students with university applications, documentation, Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Letters of Recommendation (LORs), and other admission requirements.Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and convert inquiries into enrollments.Coordinate with international universities and partner institutions regarding applications and admission status.Conduct student counselling sessions, webinars, seminars, and educational events.Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application progress in CRM systems.Stay updated on international education trends, university requirements, and visa regulations.Achieve monthly counselling, application, and enrollment targets.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).1–5 years of experience in study abroad counselling, academic counselling, education consulting, or a related field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong counselling, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of international education systems and admission processes.Experience handling student visa applications and documentation.Familiarity with scholarship opportunities and financial aid options.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary package.Attractive performance incentives.Qualified training and career development opportunities.Exposure to international education networks and global partnerships.Growth opportunities within a leading education consultancy.Employment Type: Full-TimeLocation: Kolkata
