Role Title: Identity Services Spec IND

Position Summary:

Assists senior team members with performing the day to day operations of identity and directory services technologies in support of enterprise identity, authentication, and authorization services (such as AD, Identity Federation, VDS, PKI, MFA). These operational activities include monitoring ticket queues and responding to incident tickets received from the service desk as well as processing change requests.

Job Responsibilities:

- With guidance from senior team members,



supports team efforts to implement ongoing improvements to identity and authentication capabilities and infrastructure configurations.
- With guidance from senior team members, supports business and technology initiatives which require assistance from the identity servicesteam.
- Maintain familiarity with company security standards and ensure that 0%technologies are implemented in support of those standards. Communicateany identified gaps to peers and management in a timely manner.
- Is able to communicate and work as a team both within security infrastructure services and across other groups in support of goals andobjectives.
- Maintains clear concise and accurate documentation for processes and configurations. Ensure documentation is kept up to date and in the propershared, accessible location.

Skill and Experience:

- 2 -4 years of experiencerequired to perform essential job functions.
- Additional Experience Qualifier (optional): Minimum of one (1) year of experience in information technology, security administration, server infrastructure support, automation services, identity services or other related discipline.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Ability to coordinate activities with team members and other stakeholders
- Must have a strong work ethic,



and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently or on a team Ability to multitask and change priorities with effective results.
- General knowledge of directory services, operating systems.
- General familiarity with PowerShell frame work scripting.

Must Have Skills:

Enterprise Identity and Authentication Technologies:

- Experience with enterprise identity solutions such as Entra ID (Azure AD),Active Directory, SSO, and MFA, with a focus on secure configuration and operation.

Identity & Access Management fundamentals:

- Security First Identity Engineering Mindset (Valuable to have).
- Ability to approach identity, authentication, and directory services from a security perspective, including privilege management, credential hygiene, access boundaries, and misuse scenarios.

PowerShell and Automation Proficiency:

- Strong proficiency in PowerShell for identity management, automation, and operational efficiency, including scripting for provisioning, monitoring, and control validation.

Microsoft Identity and Security Stack:

- Hands on experience with Microsoft identity and security services, including Entra, conditional access policies, authentication methods, and directory integrations.

Foundational Cryptography and Credential Concepts:

- Working knowledge of PKI, certificates, encryption concepts, and credential lifecycle management as applied to enterprise identity systems.
Prefer certifications such as Azure (Good to have)

Education and Certifications:

- 4 Year/ bachelors degree required.
