About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Senior SEO & Digital Growth Specialist to drive organic traffic, qualified leads, and online visibility. This role covers technical SEO, WordPress, HTML/CSS, landing pages, portal building, local SEO, AEO, GEO, digital PR, link building, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

SEO and Website Management

- Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on rankings, traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Conduct technical audits using Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
- Manage crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, sitemaps, redirects, canonical tags, robots.txt, hreflang, and schema.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, search-intent mapping, and content gap analysis.
- Build and maintain SEO-friendly pages using HTML, CSS, WordPress, Elementor, Gutenberg, and basic JavaScript.
- Manage themes, plugins, page templates, custom post types, website speed, migrations, and technical improvements.

Landing Pages and Portals

- Build high-converting landing pages for Google Ads, Meta Ads, local campaigns, and organic search.
- Implement forms, CTAs, FAQs, testimonials, trust elements, and conversion tracking.
- Develop scalable service portals, content hubs, location pages, and lead-generation websites.
- Build city, suburb, neighbourhood, and pincode-level pages while maintaining unique, valuable content.

Local SEO, AEO and GEO

- Optimise Google Business Profile, local citations, reviews, NAP consistency, service areas,



and location pages.
- Develop Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) strategies for featured snippets, People Also Ask, voice search, zero-click results, and AI-generated answers.
- Structure content using direct answers, FAQs, headings, lists, tables, and relevant schema markup.
- Optimise content for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, Gemini, and other generative search platforms.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Surfer, or Frase for research, content briefs, clustering, SERP analysis, and workflow automation.

Digital PR and Link Building

- Acquire quality backlinks through digital PR, guest posting, broken-link building, unlinked mentions, partnerships, and expert contributions.
- Build relationships with journalists, editors, publishers, bloggers, and industry websites.
- Manage outreach campaigns, guest-posting budgets, publisher quality checks, and backlink reporting.
- Follow white-hat practices; no PBNs, link farms, spam networks, or manipulative links.

Analytics and Reporting

- Manage GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and related tools.
- Track traffic, rankings, AEO/GEO visibility, leads, conversions, backlinks, Core Web Vitals,



and local performance.
- Configure form, call, click, event, and campaign tracking.
- Provide clear weekly and monthly reports with insights, priorities, and next steps.

Requirements

- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in SEO, WordPress, website development, and digital growth.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, landing pages, technical SEO, local SEO, AEO, GEO, and link building.
- Experience building or managing websites, portals, landing pages, or location-based websites.
- Familiarity with AI tools, analytics platforms, SEO crawlers, and reporting dashboards.
- Robust written communication, analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and ownership mindset.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable growth.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Next.js, React, headless WordPress, CRO, A/B testing, or Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with international or hyperlocal SEO.
- Portfolio of SEO, AEO/GEO, website, landing page, PR, or backlink projects.
- Experience in logistics, removals, home services, real estate, or other location-based industries.

- Growth in qualified organic traffic, rankings, leads, and conversions.
- Increased visibility in featured snippets, People Also Ask, voice search, AI answers, and local results.
- Improved website speed, indexation, technical health, referring domains, and overall organic performance.
