Education Counsellor

Location: Delhi / NCR Shift: Day Shift Working Days: 6 Days (Weekends working) Salary: ₹19,000-₹40,000/month (based on experience & performance)

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents on courses (NEET, JEE, Foundation, etc.)
- Handle walk-in and telephonic enquiries effectively
- Convert leads into admissions through need-based counseling
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential students
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through qualified communication

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in sales, counseling, or EdTech preferred
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
