Position: Production Manager – TETRA (A3 Speed)
Location: Bhopal
Department: Manufacturing / Production
Reporting To: Plant Head Job Purpose
To manage and optimize production operations of the Tetra Pak A3 Speed aseptic filling line**, ensuring maximum productivity, quality, food safety, machine efficiency, and compliance with company standards while meeting production targets. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day production activities of the Tetra Pak A3 Speed line. Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production plans. Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), line efficiency, and productivity. Minimize downtime through effective coordination with Maintenance and Engineering teams. Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO, and food safety standards. Monitor wastage, product losses, and packaging material consumption. Ensure product quality through strict process control. Coordinate with Quality Assurance for product release and compliance. Lead manpower planning, shift management, and team development.



Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen. Maintain production documentation, batch records, and shift reports. Ensure workplace safety and compliance with EHS standards. Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Utilities, and Supply Chain teams. Required Experience 8–15 years of experience in beverage or dairy manufacturing. Minimum 3–5 years of experience handling **Tetra Pak A3 Speed aseptic filling lines**. Experience in juice, dairy, UHT milk, or beverage manufacturing is preferred. Educational Qualification B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or related discipline.
