Key Responsibilities:

- Training Delivery: Conduct live training sessions, workshops, and lab practicals on core software engineering concepts for fresh batches of students or corporate trainees.
- Mentorship & Coding Support: Guide learners through daily programming assignments, debug their code, and explain logic fixes during hands-on lab sessions.
- Content & Curriculum Support: Assist senior trainers in creating, updating, and review teaching materials, including code repositories, presentations, quizzes, and assessments.
- Performance Evaluation: Evaluate trainee assignments, grade weekly coding tests, track their learning progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Continuous Learning: Spend dedicated time mastering new programming languages, frameworks, and modern software development tools to keep training content relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: BSc/BCA/B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related streams.
- Strong Tech Foundations: Excellent knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), and Database Management Systems (DBMS).
- Coding Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in at least one major programming language:



Java/Python/ C++, or JavaScript.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication in English, with the ability to explain technical jargon in straightforward, universally understood language.
- Presentation Skills: Comfort with public speaking, presenting to large groups, and maintaining high energy during online or offline training rooms.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (MERN stack, Django, Spring Boot) or basic Cloud concepts (AWS/Azure).
