E-commerce Executive Location: Ahmedabad
Working Days: 6 Days About the Role We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage and support the company’s online sales operations, product listings, marketplace activities, order management, and digital customer experience.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, strong attention to detail, and an understanding of online marketplaces, product catalog management, and sales performance. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations and online sales activities.
* Create, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and product information.
* Manage product catalogues across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
* Monitor orders, inventory, product availability, cancellations, returns, and customer queries.
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and fulfilment.
* Track online sales, product performance, and key e-commerce metrics.
* Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, conversions, and online sales.
* Conduct competitor and market research to identify pricing, product, and promotional opportunities.




* Support promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal activities on e-commerce platforms.
* Ensure accurate and timely updating of product and inventory information.
* Maintain reports related to sales, orders, inventory, and marketplace performance.
* Coordinate with marketing and other relevant teams to improve online brand presence and customer engagement. Required Skills * E-commerce Operations
