As an Azure Administrator with a solid foundation in Azure fundamentals, you will be equipped to handle basic Azure tasks, cloud monitoring, and initial troubleshooting. You will manage staffing needs, support day-to-day Azure operations, and ensure a smooth cloud experience. You will be the skilled technician who can act as the first point of contact for end-users to resolve or escalate issues related to Azure.

Education and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years in an IT role or related domain.
- Minimum two years of experience in Azure Administration.

Responsibilities

- Excellent communication, documentation, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well within a small team.
- Monitoring Azure resources, profiles, and subscriptions along with analyzing performance metrics, and generating required reports.
- Setting up private and public cloud environments.
- Set up and manage Azure virtual machines, storage accounts, and basic network configurations.
- Balancing and deploying workloads.
- To identify and resolve common Azure issues, escalating more complex problems to higher tiers when necessary.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and investigate solutions.
- Willingness to support all areas of the IT services user base as required.
- Work seamlessly with a team, supporting and contributing to projects under supervision.




- Supporting/implementing BYOD strategies and managing devices through Intune.

Capabilities & Skills

- Must be AZ-104 certified.
- Willingness to work in 24x7 work shifts.
- Excellent communication and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including communication skills, active listening, and strong customer care instincts.
- Must be proficient with the Azure cloud platform and the services offered by Azure.
- Ability to manage Azure subscriptions and resources, implement and manage storage, deploy, and manage virtual machines, configure and manage virtual networks, and manage identities.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Must be a team player but should also understand the importance of individual contributions.
- Self-motivated and directed, able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Candidate should be open for transfer to another location or office if the job requires so or in the interest of the business requirements.
- The work location will be decided by the Organization depending upon the business requirement.
- Candidate should be amenable to work from the office.
