**Job Title** Lead Cost Engineer. **Job Category** Engineering **Job Description** Key Responsibilities + Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Cost Engineers. + Create and manage Should-Cost and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models. + Analyze supplier cost structures and support fact-based negotiations. + Conduct product cost breakdown and competitive cost analysis. + Review engineering drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing processes to identify cost drivers. + Support Make vs. Buy decisions and Current Product Development (NPD) programs. + Partner with Engineering, Sourcing, Procurement, and Product Development teams globally. Required Skills & Experience + 5+ years of experience in Cost Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Engineering Operations. + Strong understanding of product costing, cost modeling, and supplier cost analysis.



+ Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing processes. + Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. + Prior team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
