Job Description: Social Media Intern / Junior Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging and creative content ideas for social media posts, stories, reels, and campaigns.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across various platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content, and platform updates.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to create visually appealing content.
- Help with reel shooting, basic video creation, and content coordination.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and post descriptions.
- Monitor social media engagement and interact with the online community when required.
- Research competitors and industry trends to generate fresh content ideas.
- Support digital marketing activities and campaign execution as needed.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in Marketing,



Business, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Passionate and enthusiastic about social media, content creation, and online branding.
- Eager to learn and build a career in social media marketing.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think of fresh content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and trending content formats is preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and willing to take initiative.
