Tech Lead C++/C#

We are seeking a talented and experienced Tech Lead C++/C# Developer to join our team at einnosys in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in C++/C# development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for building high-quality software.

Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of developers in C++/C# software development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern C++/C# programming practices.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Work closely with QA team to ensure code quality and resolve defects.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in C++/C# software development.
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns and principles.
- Experience leading or mentoring a team of developers.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git, SVN).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
