Job Description

- :Lead execution of acquisition workstreams in partnership with the Corporate Development Team to meet or exceed the Company’s acquisition growth plan
- .Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential acquisition targets by analyzing strategic fit, financial performance, market position, operational capabilities, and key risks
- .Develop and review financial models, valuation analyses, synergy assessments, investment memos, and executive-ready presentations using Company standard formats
- .Manage due diligence processes, including data room requests, advisor coordination, cross-functional workstreams, issue tracking, and timely escalation of risks and decision points
- .Partner with legal, finance, tax, operations, HR, IT,



and external advisors to support transaction structuring, negotiation inputs, signing, closing, and transition planning
- .Collaborate with the integration team to develop practical post-closing integration plans, track value-creation initiatives, and ensure alignment with deal thesis and business objectives
- .Prepare concise updates for senior leadership on pipeline status, deal economics, diligence findings, integration readiness, risks, and recommended next steps
- .Mentor analysts or junior team members, review analytical work product, and help strengthen Corporate Development tools, processes, templates, and reporting standards
