Job Description:

Responsibilities

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications.
- Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and catalog items.
- Build and support integration with enterprise applications.
- Implement ITOM Discovery and CMDB solutions.
- Configure Service Mapping and Event Management.
- Support GRC and ITAM implementations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Participate in Agile delivery teams and client workshops.
