We're looking for an experienced Tech Lead (Full-Stack) to lead the engineering of our products across mobile games, Android apps, and web platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set technical direction, architect systems, unblock the hardest problems, and mentor a small team of developers while still building and shipping alongside them.

The ideal candidate is a strong engineer first, someone who leads by delivering, with deep backend and frontend expertise, a solid grasp of distributed and real-time systems, and the judgment to guide developers across the whole stack.

This is not a pure management role. We want someone who writes code, reviews it, designs architecture, and gets their hands dirty on the toughest issues - while raising the bar for the entire team. You'll lead a team of Backend, Frontend, Unity, and Android developers.

Skills & Requirements:

- 6+ years building and shipping production software across backend and frontend, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role guiding other developers.
- Deep backend expertise: designing and running APIs, data models, authentication, and server infrastructure that scale.
- Strong frontend/web experience, with the ability to own web platforms end to end.
- Solid understanding of distributed and real-time systems — networking, latency, state synchronization, and scaling services under load.
- Experience with cloud and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/DigitalOcean) and the operational side of running live services.
- Experience with cross-platform authentication and account systems.
- Strong command of at least one core backend language and modern frontend frameworks; comfortable picking up current stacks quickly.
- Experience integrating third-party plugins, APIs, and monetization/analytics SDKs.




- Comfortable guiding developers across adjacent stacks — able to give direction to Unity and Android developers even where it's not your primary specialty.
- Proficient with Git and modern development workflows (code review, CI/CD).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the communication ability to lead a team.
- A builder's mindset and a drive to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities:

- Own the technical direction of our products across games, apps, and web, and set engineering standards across the team.
- Lead and mentor a team of Backend, Frontend, Unity, and Android developers — through code review, architecture guidance, and hands-on pairing, not just task management.
- Architect and build backend and server infrastructure that's reliable and scales as user volume grows.
- Diagnose and resolve the hardest technical problems — server scaling, real-time networking, performance that block the team.
- Build and improve our web platforms end to end.
- Collaborate with product and design to translate concepts into engaging, shippable experiences.
- Integrate third-party SDKs for ads, analytics, authentication, and in-app purchases.
- Establish good engineering practices — version control, testing, monitoring, and documentation — across the team.
- Stay current with technology trends and bring the best of them into our projects.
- Ensure high-quality, well-tested deliverables before every launch.

Strong Plus:

- Experience with Unity and mobile game development, especially real-time multiplayer (netcode, matchmaking, dedicated servers such as Photon Fusion).
- Native Android development experience.
