Position Summary: The Senior Product Development Engineer will support the future localization initiatives by providing hands-on technical support for product scale-up, pilot trials, manufacturing transfers, and process validation activities. This role will serve as a key link between Product Development Engineering and the manufacturing site, helping accelerate commercialization and regional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support pilot and production trials for new product introductions and localization projects.
- Execute process validation activities and collect process data during trials.
- Assist with equipment setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Prepare raw materials, formulations, samples, packaging, shipment requests, and trial documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, test results, technical documentation, and trial summaries.
- Work closely with PDE engineers, manufacturing, quality, supply chain,



and operations teams to resolve process and manufacturing-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing, pilot plant, laboratory, process engineering, product development, or scale-up environment.
- Strong hands-on mechanical and troubleshooting skills for process, equipment, and manufacturing issues.
- Experience supporting pilot trials, manufacturing transfers, process validation, and product commercialization activities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Solid documentation, communication, problem-solving, and safety mindset.
