About the Project

We are transforming a residential ground-floor property in Kirti Nagar into a premium Airbnb that delivers a boutique hotel experience.

This is not a classroom exercise. You'll get complete exposure to planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, furniture selection, décor styling, and preparing the property for professional photography and guest bookings.

What You'll Do

- Visit and measure the property
- Develop design concepts and mood boards
- Plan furniture layouts for maximum comfort and functionality
- Select colour schemes, lighting, artwork, and décor
- Source furniture and accessories from Kirti Nagar Market and online retailers
- Work with carpenters, painters, electricians, and other vendors
- Prepare shopping lists and budgets
- Style the property for Airbnb photography
- Ensure the space is guest-friendly, durable, and easy to maintain

What We're Looking For
- Final-year Interior Design or Architecture student, or recent graduate




- Strong design sense and attention to detail
- Knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
- Ability to create mood boards and simple 3D visualizations
- Positive communication and organizational skills
- Passion for hospitality and interior styling

Bonus Skills
- Experience with Airbnb or boutique hotel interiors
- Photography or home staging
- Knowledge of lighting design
- Vendor management or material sourcing
