Claims Processing Analyst

Experience

- 1-2 Years of experience in:
- US Logistics Claims Processing
- Freight Claims
- Transportation Claims
- Insurance Claims
- Shipment Exception Processing

- Mandatory experience working in Night Shift

Role Summary

As a Claims Processing Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing, validating, processing, and resolving claims while ensuring complete accuracy, adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and timely delivery.

The role requires excellent analytical ability, documentation review, email management,



customer communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Claims Processing

- Review, validate, and process freight, shortage, damage, delay, and transportation claims.
- Verify supporting documents including:
- Bill of Lading (BOL)
- Proof of Delivery (POD)
- Freight Invoices
- Shipment Records
- Supporting Evidence

- Ensure every claim complies with client guidelines and internal SOPs.

Documentation & Validation

- Review claim documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Identify missing documentation.
- Verify shipment details.
- Detect inconsistencies and exceptions.
- Maintain complete audit-ready documentation.

Client Email Management

- Manage client mailboxes efficiently.
- Prioritize incoming requests.
- Assign claims appropriately.
- Respond professionally to client communications.
- Escalate issues whenever required.

Operational Excellence

- Meet daily production targets.
- Achieve required Turn Around Time (TAT).
- Ensure quality targets are consistently achieved.
- Maintain complete process documentation.
- Follow all compliance requirements.

Cross Functional Coordination

- Coordinate with:
- Operations Team
- Quality Team
- Carriers




- Client SPOCs
- Management Team

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory) except BA

Technical Skills

Candidates should be comfortable working with:

- MS Excel
- MS Word
- Outlook
- Email Management
- Data Validation
- Documentation Review

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following domains:

- Insurance Claims Processing
- Healthcare Claims Processing
