About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO to manage and execute online ranking initiatives with a strong focus on SEO, AEO, GEO, and WordPress website management.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and experienced in creating content and websites that perform well across both traditional search engines and AI driven search platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute SEO strategies, including AEO and GEO, to improve visibility across AI platforms and search engines.
- Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor research.
- Create, optimize, and publish SEO friendly and AI optimized content.
- Manage and maintain WordPress websites, including page creation, blog publishing, plugin management, and basic troubleshooting.
- Optimize website structure, internal linking, metadata, schema markup, and on page SEO.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements for organic traffic and AI search visibility.
- Work with content writers and designers to ensure high quality content production.
- Track rankings, website performance, and campaign results using SEO tools.
- Maintain high content quality standards and ensure all published content follows company guidelines.




- Stay updated with the latest developments in SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI search technologies.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO and WordPress management.
- Practical experience with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Strong understanding of Google Search, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI powered search platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of WordPress, including page builders, plugins, and website management.
- Experience with keyword research and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of structured data, schema markup, technical SEO, and on page optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a permanent remote workplace.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Elementor and Astra theme.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience using AI tools for content research and optimization.
- Experience working with international clients.
