About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Offline Marketing Executive to

support the growth of our retail business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a

fast-paced D2C and retail workplace, enjoys bringing campaigns to life on-ground,

and can seamlessly coordinate across multiple teams.

You will work closely with the Offline Marketing Manager to execute store launches,

retail marketing campaigns, influencer activations, local events, and day-to-day

operational requirements that strengthen our offline presence while maintaining

consistency with the brand's digital identity.

Key Responsibilities

Store Marketing & Retail Operations

● Support the execution of new store launches across multiple cities and also re-marketing

old stores.

● Coordinate with Store Managers to ensure timely implementation of all marketing

activities.

● Ensure branding elements, VM assets, and POSM are delivered and installed before

campaign launches.





● Conduct regular store audits to ensure marketing visibility and execution quality.

● Manage localized marketing requirements based on city, mall, or store-specific needs.

Offline Campaign Execution

● Execute ATL and BTL campaigns including mall activations, pop-ups and other

consumer engagement initiatives.

● Track campaign timelines to ensure flawless execution.

Influencer & Creator Activations

● Coordinate local influencer collaborations for store launches and regional campaigns.

● Manage influencer logistics including briefing, scheduling, approvals, gifting, and

deliverables.

● Ensure influencer content aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

● Ensure print quality and timely delivery of all assets.

Budgeting & Finance:

● Handle cost negotiations, ensure timely vendor closures with approved partners, and

maintain strict oversight of approved budgets versus actual campaign expenditures.

● Ensure Timely payment to be processed to all vendors
